The Hearth and Hand Toy Doll Farmhouse is poised to be one of this year’s must-have holiday gifts. While the Hearth and Hand dollhouse comes with a nice assortment of furniture, there’s one thing missing: people. I searched for the best dolls for Hearth and Hand dollhouse, and wanted to share my finds with you all.
Dolls for Hearth and Hand Dollhouse
If you missed it, I recently shared my top picks from the Hearth and Hand holiday 2018 collection at Target–and the Hearth and Hand Toy Doll Farmhouse is at the top of the list.
If you’re considering the Hearth and Hand toy doll farmhouse as a holiday gift this year, order now! Last year’s dollhouse design sold out before the holidays, and I anticipate the same will happen this year.
Size of Dolls for Hearth and Hand Dollhouse
First things first, what size dolls fit in the Hearth and Hand dollhouse? While this year’s toy doll farmhouse is too new to have any reviews on Target’s site as of yet, Q&A from last year’s dollhouse design indicate the Hearth and Hand dollhouse can accommodate 4″ dolls or 1/12th scale.
Wooden Dolls for Hearth and Hand Dollhouse
Because the Hearth and Hand toy doll farmhouse and accompanying furniture are made of wood, I wanted to find a wooden dollhouse family to match. Mainly, I don’t want to ruin the stylish understated look by throwing in a bunch of plastic junk.
We’re ordering this set for Blair’s toy doll farmhouse. While the heads and bodies are made of wood, the arms and legs are still poseable. I love all the detail in their outfits, too.
This set comes with 7 dolls, including grandparents and a baby. For the amount of dolls included, it’s at a great price point. And, it’s available on Amazon Prime 1-day shipping, so it’s a great last-minute dollhouse family option.
[If you don’t already have Amazon Prime, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial here! It’s a great way to score exclusive deals around the holidays.]
With friendly faces and a variety of family members, the Jones Family would be right at home as dolls for Hearth and Hand dollhouse.
This sweet little family has the cutest little smiles. It was my original front runner for dolls for Hearth and Hand dollhouse, but the shipping cost turned me away. Also, note that some reviews indicate the items ship from China, not Australia as indicated on the listing. Still a cute dollhouse family and the cost isn’t terrible even with the high shipping.
Unique Dolls for Hearth and Hand Dollhouse
If your little one is obsessed with all things princess, the Dollhouse Royal Family would be the perfect dolls for your Hearth and Hand dollhouse.
If you want to keep a seriously minimalist vibe, these wooden peg dolls will fit right in your Hearth and Hand dollhouse. You can also paint them yourself or find several pre-painted designs online. I almost went this route myself, but decided poseable arms and legs would probably be more fun for the kids.
If you want plastic dolls for Hearth and Hand dollhouse, this set is the best option I found. It includes a variety of family members, most with bendable arms and legs, at a reasonable price.
