One of the most exciting times of a parent’s life is finding out their baby’s gender. Whether you did an early ultrasound, waited until 20 weeks, or even waited until Baby was born… it’s a moment that changes your life forever. This time last year, we were preparing for our sweet baby girl’s arrival. And I’ve been reminiscing on some of the best things about having a daughter.
A few days/weeks/months ago [who knows, because I’m terrible at keeping track of time], I published a post called Day in the Life of a Stay-at-Home Mom of 2. Since then, it’s been my most-viewed post. It’s made the rounds on social media, and I’ve received feedback–publicly and privately–basically saying that I don’t measure up as a mom. One of my family’s favorite summer pastimes is spending time at the pool. We’re lucky to have a pool in our neighborhood, so Colton and I hang out there most days. But, now that I have two little ones, I need them to get some water safety skills ASAP. So, we enrolled in swim lessons, and I wanted to share our experience about what to expect at baby swim lessons to help other parents.
