With snow in the forecast here in Kansas City, I’m reminiscing on some of our summer travels to warmer destinations. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again–I am not made for the cold. This past summer, Blair and I had a chance to visit one of the best Dallas Arts District hotels — the Hall Arts Hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas, Texas. We had an amazing stay and I can’t wait for our next trip to Dallas!

As many of you know, my daughter Blair has fallen in love with dance conventions over the past couple of years. Last season, we really started traveling to allow her to attend more conventions besides the ones that come to our hometown of Kansas City.

Blair loved getting to dance all day and night while we were in Dallas! And during her downtime, we loved exploring at Hall Arts Hotel. This 5 star Dallas hotel brings truly top-notch southern hospitality.
@tricianibarger ????dallas, texas thank you @HALL Arts Hotel for hosting blair and i at your gorgeous downtown dallas arts district hotel! this is such a beautiful property and so convenient to everything downtown dallas has to offer ???? @BLAIR KARMEN @Visit Dallas | Dallas Guide #dallas #dallastx #dallastexas #dallashotels #dallashotel #visitdallas #visitdallastx #traveltiktok #travelblogger ♬ original sound – TRICIA NIBARGER ????

The panoramic views from our guest room were stunning. The vibe was immaculate, and I truly did not want to leave!

And neither did Blair — as you can see, she didn’t waste any time making herself comfortable.

Of course, it’s easy to make yourself right at home with the plush bed and gorgeous styling at Hall Arts Hotel. And, because it’s a Dallas Arts District hotel, there is, of course, lots of gorgeous art on display both in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

Blair and I were especially excited about the art on display in our guest room, as both pieces were quite meaningful to her.

Above our bed at Hall Arts Hotel was this stunning dance art, which was especially fitting since we were in town for a dance competition!

The other piece on display in our room was a Chinese New Year festival, which was also quite fitting for Blair. She attends a Chinese immersion school, so she’s quite proficient in Mandarin and enjoys learning about the Chinese culture.

Even our room key had a gorgeous dance portrait on it, and Blair enjoyed matching it up with the coordinating photo on display at the hotel. They really thought of everything at Hall Arts Hotel, making it one of the best Dallas Arts District hotels!

The fitness center at Hall Arts Hotel is very well-equipped. Hop on a Peloton for a quick workout with a stunning view of downtown Dallas.

The downtown views were one of my favorite parts about staying at Hall Arts Hotel. Although I grew up in the country and have spent my adult life in suburbia, I’m a city girl at heart.

After a workout, head back to your room for some rest and relaxation.

The service at Hall Arts Hotel was exceptional, and our room was spotless. A true 5 star Dallas hotel experience.

In fact, they even delivered these treats to our room after Blair had a long day of dance classes and competition. So thoughtful!

The next day, I was able to get some work taken care of in the room while Blair got ready for the final day of classes.

Her classes ended earlier that day, so she wanted to check out the rooftop pool after class. Honestly, so did I!
@tricianibarger could this be the most beautiful hotel in dallas? ???? we partnered with @HALL Arts Hotel and it was giving a whole new meaning to luxury! save this post if you’re planning to visit dallas soon ❤️???? @BLAIR KARMEN #hallartshotel #visitdallas #dallastravel #dallastravelblogger #dallastrip #luxurytravel #upscaletravel #downtowndallas #dallasarts #dallasartsdistrict @Visit Dallas | Dallas Guide ♬ original sound – TRICIA NIBARGER ????
And I was so glad we did. The view from the rooftop was truly exceptional.

You can even get food and drinks delivered to you right on the Hall Arts Hotel rooftop!

Hall Arts Hotel is a true gem of Dallas Arts District hotels — if you’re looking for a hotel in downtown Dallas, I highly recommend booking at Hall Arts Hotel. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Obligatory photo of Blair exhausted but happy after a fun weekend of dance and exploring in Dallas. Can’t wait for our next trip!
